Returns due to breakage in transport from VINOSLOF to the customer.
VINOSLOF undertakes to hold talks with the transport company, for the possible replacement of the order, in the event of breakage on the part of the same, requesting the return of the articles for inspection.
In these cases of breakages, a period of 72 working hours will be given to hold conversations with the transport company, after which the customer will be contacted to find out what he/she wishes, replacement with an order with the same characteristics or reimbursement.
In order to carry out this process, the purchase receipt, confirmation e-mail or order number is required.
Once the breakage has been confirmed. We will send you an e-mail to inform you of the refund option or the possibility of reshipment with the consequent extension of the delivery time.
If the refund is approved, within a maximum of three working days of the approval email being sent, the money will be debited from the account associated with the card used for the purchase.
Delayed or Missing Refund
If you have not yet received your refund, after receiving the receipt and approval email, please check your account movements again. Depending on your bank, money transfers may take longer than usual.
Then contact your bank to confirm that there is no income withholding on your part.

We will only accept exchanges of products if they have been damaged in transit. In this case, VINOSLOF will pay the shipping costs for the exchange.
If the products are exchanged before leaving the warehouse, the order can be modified by contacting VINOSLOF at email@example.com with the consequent payment or refund of the difference in price. This is only possible if the products have not been shipped.
If you want to change your product once you have received it, for any other reason, you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reasons for the change. If we reply accepting your request, you must send the product in its original packaging to the following address: C/ LA FRAGUA nº 3 24530-VALTUILLE DE ABAJO (LEÓN). Under no circumstances will VINOSLOF be responsible for the loss or non-arrival of the product to be returned. It will be your choice to insure the shipment of the product. It will also be your responsibility to manage the tracking of the product to our facilities. In no case will these shipping costs be borne by VINOSLOF.
